Albert began his career in real estate in 1988 while his family real estate company began to import pre-fabricated homes from New Zealand to Hawaii. A quick learner, Albert was trained by the best real estate experts in the U.S. and Canada, and has dedicated himself to constantly search for new ideas and methods to better serve his clients. He has administered seminars for everything from first time homebuyers to 1031 tax deferred exchanges, he has sold many homes otherwise considered "unsellable", and has developed numerous niche markets for his clientele. Primarily a listing agent, Albert also is available as a consultant, speaker, and resource for real estate-related professional inquiries.

As part of the team, Marion is the "coach", that ties everyone together for providing excellent service to you. Marion oversees all of our property management, general brokerage sales agents, and is in charge of "fire control" and "Quality Management."
